Tom’s Cottage is situated in the centre of this delightful village 500yds from the Chatsworth Estate. This lovely 18th Century Georgian cottage has beamed ceilings, original stone fireplaces, en-suite double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, family bathroom and a modern “shaker” style kitchen.
The accommodation on three floors comprises:
Lounge with beamed ceiling, gas stove in the original stone fireplace, cosy cottage décor, two luxurious leather sofas, folding dining table to seat 6, colour television and video/DVD player.
New breakfast Kitchen fitted with cream “shaker” style units, built in gas cooker and hob, fridgefreezer, dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave, table and chairs.
Stairs from the Kitchen lead up to the lovely principal double bedroom with en-suite shower room, exposed timberwork, original fireplace and view of the village from the Georgian window.
The family bathroom is off the landing with bath and shower to taps over.
The stairs lead to the second floor landing with Pine doors leading to two twin bedrooms with Georgian style windows.
Outside to the rear there is a gravelled parking area for one car, a rockery and shrubbery garden, large patio and summerhouse with furniture and barbecue screened by a trellis covered in honeysuckle.
